Fight To Survive Management Presentation

Who We Are

Fight To Survive Management connects the whole fight ecosystem: fighters, crew, gyms, promoters, ring girls, dancers, and everything in between.

We manage fighters, run a directory of gyms around the world by region, and bring fight offers and job offers to everyone in it.

Fight to Survive does not mean only in the ring. It means in life. We represent fighters, trainers, cornermen, cut men, referees, judges, ring announcers, ring girls and dancers with the same professional standard.

We are the first agency to offer all of these services under one house: contracts, image structure, artistic direction, after-career guidance, cinematic production, custom music, support talent development, and merchandise.

  • Survival

Structure is the difference between long careers and short ones.

  • Smart Work

Less unnecessary damage. Better timing. Clearer decisions. Longer careers and lasting value.

  • Real Value

Image, contracts, content and personal brand are treated as real assets that grow over time.

Who We Represent

We represent the people behind the fights: fighters, trainers, cornermen, cut men, referees, judges, ring announcers, ring girls and dancers, and connect them with gyms, promoters and events.

The Bridge and the Shield

We stand between the individual and the promotions. We are the bridge.

Most people in combat sports today are too accessible. Direct access often leads to disrespect, pressure, and bad deals. When a professional structure exists, the relationship changes. Distance creates respect.

Representation is also a shield. Negative situations, unfair pressure, last-minute changes, and attempts to take advantage are absorbed by us first. We create a protective layer so the person can focus on performance.

In practice this works like calling a specialist lawyer for a specific job. Someone already in talks with a promotion can bring us in as their representative for that deal. We negotiate, protect the terms, and take a commission for the service.

Accessibility without structure creates disrespect.

Structure creates distance. Distance creates respect.

How We Work

Four clear ways people engage with Fight To Survive Management.

  1. Full Commitment (Exclusive)

Complete management under exclusive contract. Negotiations, career direction, image structure, after-career guidance, content, and protection as one complete system.

  2. Deal Representation (Non-Exclusive)

The person is already speaking with a promotion and brings us in as the professional representative for that specific negotiation. We act as the shield and negotiator. Commission is taken on the deal.

  3. Fight Finding / Booking

We actively source and secure opportunities. Matching, timing, and negotiation are handled by us. Can operate inside exclusive or non-exclusive frameworks.

  4. Fixed Bundles and A La Carte

Four clear fixed-price content bundles. Custom work beyond the bundles is quote-based via invoice. One revision round is included with every delivery.

Support Talent

Cornermen, cut men, referees, judges, ring announcers, ring girls, dancers and trainers are essential to combat sports but rarely receive professional promotion. We sign and develop them with the same standard we apply to fighters.

They receive professional photos, presentation assets, cinematic video content, and tailored custom songs based on their personal stories. These songs are used for their promotional videos.

This work creates a living database. As they gain visibility, they receive more booking offers. This platform already takes direct bookings, and virtual sessions are coming soon. All talent can also sell exclusive merchandise (outfits, hand wraps, special items from the night, etc.) through the platform to create fan engagement and additional income.

Beyond the Ring

There is a psychological effect that most fighters experience after their career. The violence they lived and delivered is a level that only a few can understand, especially those who fight for a living.

Many later seek compensation through spirituality, a new profession, or a different form of dedication. The need is real. Most only start thinking about it when it is already too late.

We guide fighters to plan the after-career while they are still competing, without obstructing the current path. Long-term thinking is part of smart work. Survival continues after the last fight.

This guidance is available to exclusive and non-exclusive signed athletes. It is not an afterthought. It is part of the structure from the beginning.
